   As a professional pianist and experienced music teacher, I blend the classical Russian method with the American musical culture. Mastering of the piano requires concentration and hard work, but I will strive to make the lessons interesting and enjoyable to your child, a process of discovery, personal growth and continuous improvement.

I was born in Moscow, Russia, and began studying music from the age of six. I graduated with honors from the prestigious Gnessins Academy of Music (Moscow) with Masters degree in piano performing and teaching. Over years I performed throughout Russia, as well as in Cyprus, Thailand, Malaysia, and Norway.

I compose my own music. After coming to the US in 1996 I recorded two CD's, “Teach Me How to Love” and “Sing Israel“, which were critically acclaimed. I perform regularly playing a wide repertoire, from classical music to opera  and jazz.

I am a member of National Guild of Piano Teachers, and have over twenty years of experience in teaching students of all ages. Currently I teach at my home studio, located in Cliffside Park, NJ. I also give lessons at students homes, serving Hudson and Bergen Counties.
